This service enables your patients to view upcoming appointment dates and make payments online. This new online service was developed in response to the growing trend of account management via the Internet. The 4YOURSERVICE web site will be an added service for you to offer your patients. Eligibility Requirements Doctors who are signed up for Walrus Anywhere are eligible for offering a 4YOURSERVICE web site. If you would like to upgrade to Walrus Anywhere, please email techsupport@orthodon.com. View a sample 4YOURSERVICE patient account.
	To get started with 4YOURSERVICE.COM, check all of the options you would like to offer your patients.
	View financial history Make payments online View appointment history Request appointment change (requires 24 hour notice and approval by office staff). Requests will be emailed to the patient's office email address (EntityCode@orthodon.com). Receive account reminders via email View insurance carrier and claim information Edit personal (demographic) information Updates will be emailed to the office email address (EntityCode@orthodon.com) Edit personal (demographic) information Updates will be emailed to the office email address (EntityCode@orthdon.com) and inserted into Walrus that evening.
